The shipping process for your order starts daily at 12:00 PM (except Friday & Public Holidays)
If you order before 12 PM, you can still modify your order before 12 PM on the same day.
If you order after 2 PM, you can still modify your order till 12 PM the next day.
For cancellation, you can request to cancel your order via our Instagram direct message, before the delivery company collect your order from us.
In case your desired product is still not on our website, please send us a picture of that product and we will do our best to bring it to you.
Once your order is placed, you can modify or cancel it by sending us a message on Instagram direct message before delivery company collect it from us, after this your order is automatically confirmed.
In case of damaged products
Upon receiving your order from our delivery company and before any payment is done, it is your full responsibility to make sure that your order is 100% correct. In case of any issues related to the product, you have the right to cancel the faulty items or exchange them for another with free delivery.
